Eily Cardoza

As the Director of First Impressions, Eily enjoys creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. She loves working with people and is passionate about learning new skills, especially as she continues to grow her knowledge of eye care and the many ways the team helps patients protect their vision.

Eily appreciates being part of a supportive team where collaboration and continuous learning are part of everyday life. She values the positive environment Dr. Sarah Shim has created and enjoys the opportunity to learn from each member of the practice while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Outside the office, Eily enjoys staying active, riding her bicycle, working out, and exploring new places with her boyfriend. She also loves attending car events, spending time with her close-knit family, and caring for Princess, the rescue kitten she and her boyfriend adopted. Looking ahead, Eily hopes to become more involved in community outreach and volunteer opportunities throughout the Dalton area.
