Mercy Peterson
Mercy Peterson is about helping patients protect one of their most valuable senses, their vision. With a strong interest in healthcare and a natural curiosity for learning, she enjoys expanding her knowledge of optometry while using her skills to make a positive difference in each patient's experience.
Mercy values the close-knit, collaborative environment at the practice and appreciates the opportunity to learn from every member of the team. She enjoys seeing firsthand how thoughtful, personalized eye care can improve patients' lives and is committed to providing compassionate care while continuing to grow in the optometric field.
Outside the office, Mercy stays active in the Dalton community through volunteer work with organizations such as the Dalton Crisis Center, the SAVE volunteer program at Dalton State College, and local community events. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, exploring new video games, watching television and anime, and spending time with her large, close-knit family. At home, she's kept company by Freya, the rescue cat she found near campus and lovingly nursed back to health.
